Laura Bell is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who specializes in behavior analysis, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition. Her rich background and experience includes work in the field of developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges for nearly 20 years. She currently holds membership with ABAI as well as an adjunct position with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the Applied Behavior Analysis Department. Laura has presented at NASP, provided multiple professional trainings, and believes in bringing structured teaching and the natural learning environment together to create significant and meaningful outcomes for her clients.
Esther Kim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience helping individuals and families. She comes from a trauma-informed background and is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Anxiety Treatment, Child and Adolescent Grief Therapy, Trauma Treatment, and Restorative Practices. She also has extensive experience providing consultation and coaching to schools and families for children presenting with challenging behavior. Esther embraces a strength-based, solution-focused approach when working with clients. She strives to help her clients realize they have the ability to not just cope with painful circumstances or memories but also overcome them and create a new narrative for their lives.
